At Bike Village, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all unused bikes, parts, and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures you get back on the trail as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bike Village account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and components are included, then securely tape the box for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
